Cardinal Ugo Poletti ends up in the news in 2005 when an anonymous phone call brings him closer to the case of Emanuela Orlandi and to the figure of Enrico De Pedis. At that time Poletti (former president of the CEI) had already died but had already had to face other uncomfortable situations when he was still alive.
